United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010 - What does it mean for New Zealand Businesses
by Press Release on 2010-11-05The Ministry of Justice is keen to raise awareness among New Zealand business of the implications of the upcoming Anti-bribery legislation in the United Kingdom.
The legislation takes effect in the United Kingdom from April 2011 and has significant implications for New Zealand businesses operating overseas – companies and individuals are potentially liable under UK law even when not doing business there.
