MAF Biosecurity New Zealand (MAFBNZ) has introduced the following changes relating to the New Zealand Border Agencies Advance Notice of Arrival form.

Currently, the Master’s Declaration is presented to MAFBNZ at the first port of arrival. In future, the Master’s Declaration must be provided with the Advance Notice of Arrival.

Part H, covering supporting documents, has been reformatted to reflect this change, and throughout the form, 'MAF' has been replaced by 'MAFBNZ'.

The updated form is available here on the Customs website: NZCS 344 – Advance Notice of Arrival form.
